What If the Answers You’ve Been Searching For Have Always Been Inside You?

A Guide to Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy: What It Is, How It Works, and What It Can Heal

I was born a third generation Psychic, Clairvoyant and Empath. From the time I was a child, I understood things about people that had no logical explanation. I felt the weight of unspoken pain. I sensed the threads connecting one person’s present struggle to something far older than this lifetime.

It took years of study, training, and my own deep inner work to understand what I was perceiving, and to develop the tools to help others access it for themselves. Becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist and regression specialist was a natural extension of the work I’ve always been called to do: helping people remember who they truly are, at the level of soul.

In my practice I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across the globe, from high-profile business leaders and celebrities to everyday people seeking the same thing: answers that conventional approaches couldn’t reach. I’ve been featured on Oprah’s OWN, BBC, CNN, NBC, and PBS, and every new session I have still moves me in incredible ways. The moment a client whispers, “Oh. That’s where it’s been coming from.”

That is what past life regression hypnotherapy can do. And it is some of the most sacred work I know.

What Is Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy?

Past life regression (PLR) is a form of hypnotherapy that guides you gently into a deeply relaxed, focused state. From there, we move into the subconscious mind, where the memories and imprints of your soul extend beyond the boundaries of this single lifetime.

It is built on a premise that ancient spiritual traditions have held for thousands of years, and that modern practitioners like Dr. Brian Weiss and Dr. Michael Newton have brought into clinical focus: that our souls carry the experiences of every life they have lived. The unresolved wounds, the unfinished lessons, the deep loves and profound losses. They don’t simply disappear. They travel with us. And they can surface in the present as fears we can’t explain, patterns we can’t seem to break, or a persistent grief we’ve never been able to name.

Regression hypnotherapy works with the whole of you: your thoughts, your behaviors, your emotions, your body, and your spirit. It is holistic healing in the truest sense of that word.

The Ancient Roots of a Modern Practice

The idea that the soul journeys through multiple lifetimes is not new. You find it in the Hindu understanding of karma and reincarnation. In Buddhist teachings on the cycle of rebirth. In Jainism, Shamanism, Druidic tradition, ancient Egypt, and the esoteric streams of many Western spiritual lineages.

What is relatively new is the use of hypnosis as a clinical tool for accessing those memories. This practice gained its modern foothold in 1980, when Dr. Brian Weiss, a Yale-educated, Harvard-trained psychiatrist with no prior belief in past lives, found himself conducting a hypnotherapy session in which his patient spontaneously began describing vivid memories of a life she had never lived in this incarnation. She went on to relay details about his personal life that she had no earthly way of knowing.

Dr. Weiss was a skeptic. And then he was transformed. He dedicated the rest of his career to past life regression research, authoring the landmark book Many Lives, Many Masters and helping bring this modality into mainstream awareness.

Dr. Michael Newton later extended this work further still, mapping the soul’s journey not just through past incarnations but through the space between lives, what is now called Life Between Lives (LBL) therapy, where many clients receive some of the most profound insights of their healing journey.

These are trained, credentialed professionals who followed the evidence. And the evidence led them here.

How Does a Session Work?

Let me start by addressing the thing that holds many people back: the word “hypnosis.”

You will not be asleep. You will not be under anyone’s control. You will not be made to do anything. What hypnosis actually is is a state of heightened focus and deep relaxation in which your conscious, analytical mind softens just enough to allow your subconscious to come forward. Many clients describe it as similar to that deeply peaceful state just before sleep, when the mind is quiet, open, and receptive. You remain aware throughout. You remain in choice throughout.

Here is what a session with me looks like:

Sessions are typically 1 to 1.5 hours. The soul deserves time. I never rush this work.

What Can This Work Help With?

In my years of practice, drawing on my gifts as a Clairvoyant, Empath, and energy healer, I have witnessed past life regression facilitate healing across a remarkable range of experiences:

And I want to say something important here: you do not need to believe in reincarnation for this work to be genuinely healing. Whether the experiences that arise represent literal memories of past lives, or are powerful symbolic narratives generated by your subconscious to illuminate exactly what needs to be healed. The healing is real either way. The insight is real. The relief is real.

What the mind creates, the mind can heal. And the subconscious mind is far wiser than we have been taught to believe.

Is It Safe? What Happens Afterward?

Past life regression, when facilitated by a trained and certified practitioner, is a gentle and deeply supportive process. I am actively present with you throughout every session, not as a passive observer but as a skilled guide, ensuring that you always feel safe, grounded, and sovereign over your own experience.

I want to be honest with you: this work can bring up real emotions. Grief. Surprise. Relief. Enlightenment. Joyousness. A profound and unexpected peace. Sometimes all of these within a single session. That emotional depth is not a side effect. It is the work.

Most clients leave feeling lighter. The word I hear most often is “clarity.” A sense that something murky and heavy has finally been named, witnessed, and can now begin to release.

Integration is an essential part of the process. In the days that follow a session, I encourage clients to journal, spend time in nature, be gentle with themselves, and remain attentive to dreams and synchronicities. The subconscious continues to process and integrate after the session ends. I remain available to support that process.

Who Is This Work For?

In my experience, the people drawn to past life regression are seekers: deeply self-aware individuals who have often already done significant personal work and are ready to go to a level that other approaches haven’t been able to reach. People who sense that something older is present, and are ready to meet it.

This work may be for you if:

It works best when you come with an open mind, a genuine intention, and a willingness to receive what arises, even when it surprises you. Especially when it surprises you.
